Damages and other relief in International Arbitration
Following up on the success in 2008, the Swedish Arbitration Days 2010 will discuss the important issues of damages and other relief in international arbitration. These issues will be discussed from a multi-professional and multinational perspective, bringing together the views of leading international arbitration practitioners, well-known arbitrators, scholars, forensic evaluation experts and accounting experts in the appraisal of damages, among others.
